If snake is left alone it Will watch you then close its hood, and then slither away from you, snakes do not want to bite they are scared of people, and would rather use their venom To catch prey (like rats mice frogs lizards and even other snakes but defiantly NOT humans,) than defend themselves. If snake is continuously threatened it may make a mock strike where it strikes with its mouth closed, and if pressed more it may do the real strike with its fangs And inject the deadly toxic venom.
